The Armstrong Company was founded in 1986 by J. Mart Armstrong as a result of commercial and industrial property owners' need for consultants which could properly evaluate, with extensive documentation, the fair market value of complex real and personal property. The Armstrong Company's well supported valuation report is the basis for our determination of whether a property has been fairly assessed and the foundation for any subsequent appeals.
The philosophy of the firm is to handle a limited number of properties, thereby being able to expend the maximum time and resources necessary to properly represent each of our clients.
